Terms of Service for Pros & Content Summit 2025 Ticket Purchases

Effective Date: March 1, 2025

By purchasing a ticket for Pros & Content Summit 2025 (the "Event"), you (the "Attendee") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Payment

1.1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued, except as outlined in Section 5.
1.2. Ticket prices are subject to change. The price paid at the time of purchase is final.
1.3. Payment must be completed through the designated payment platform provided at checkout.

2. Registration & Admission

2.1. A ticket purchase grants access to the Event for the individual named on the registration.
2.2. Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or shared without prior written consent from the Event organizers.
2.3. Attendees must present either a valid receipt and/or identification upon entry.
2.4. The Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any Attendee for disruptive behavior, failure to comply with Event policies, or other reasons deemed necessary for the safety and experience of all participants.

3. Event Changes & Cancellations

3.1. The Event schedule, speakers, and venue are subject to change without notice.
3.2. In the case of Event cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
3.3. If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. If an Attendee cannot attend the rescheduled date, a refund request may be submitted within 10 days of notification.

3.4. The organizers are not liable for any additional expenses incurred by the ticket holder due to cancellation or postponement, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related costs.

4. Liability & Conduct

4.1. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Event and release the organizers, sponsors, and venue from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage.
4.2. Attendees agree to follow all safety protocols, policies, and guidelines set by the Event organizers.

5. Refund & Transfer Policy

5.1. Tickets are non-refundable except in cases where the Event is canceled.
5.2. Ticket transfers are not allowed once purchased.

6. Privacy & Data Usage

6.1. By purchasing a ticket, Attendees agree to the collection and use of their personal data for Event-related communications.
6.2. Attendees may opt out of promotional communications at any time by sending an email to events@knotch.com.

7. Photography & Media Release

7.1. The Event will be recorded and photographed. By attending, Attendees grant permission for their likeness to be used in promotional materials without compensation.
7.2. Personal recording or live streaming of sessions may be restricted at the discretion of the Event organizers.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New York state.
